Getting started with EchoBrand AI

Complete onboarding once, connect your accounts, and you're ready to generate posts in your brand voice.

1

Complete onboarding and Brand DNA

When you sign in for the first time, you'll be guided through onboarding to set your brand name, industry, overview, competitors, and website URL. These details form your Brand DNA and are reused everywhere.

2

Connect your social accounts

From Settings, link your Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. The free trial supports one account; paid plans allow more linked profiles so you can publish across multiple brands or channels.

3

Explore your dashboard

The Dashboard shows credits, recent posts, and platform breakdowns so you always know what's been created and what's left in your plan this month.

4

Create your first post

Head to Create Content, describe what you want to say, and let EchoBrand AI generate platform‑ready drafts in your brand voice.

Creating and managing content

Use the Create Content workspace and History page to brief the AI, generate drafts, and track what's been created.

1

Brief the AI in chat

Use the chat inside Create Content to describe your campaign, audience, and goals. The assistant responds with options shaped by your saved Brand DNA.

2

Preview by platform

EchoBrand AI generates tailored versions for Instagram and LinkedIn. Use the preview panel to see exactly how your copy will appear before posting.

3

Save drafts or publish

Save AI‑generated content as drafts while you iterate, or publish when you're ready. You can always return to drafts from History to keep refining.

4

See what's been created

The History page keeps a record of generated and published posts so your team can reuse strong performers and maintain a clear audit trail.

Understanding Brand DNA

Your Brand DNA is the single source of truth for tone of voice, audience, and positioning across the product.

1

Single source of truth

The Brand DNA section stores your brand name, industry, overview, website, competitors, and supporting documents. The AI references these details every time you generate content.

2

Competitors and website

Adding competitor URLs and your own website helps EchoBrand AI understand your space and what makes your brand different, leading to sharper positioning.

3

Supporting documents

Upload decks, PDFs, or other materials that capture your voice and strategy. These assets give the AI more nuance so outputs feel like they came from your internal team.

4

Keeping Brand DNA up to date

As your brand evolves, revisit Brand DNA to refine tone, messaging, or competitors. Future generations will automatically reflect your updated inputs.

Plans, credits, and billing

Understand how credits, posts, and linked accounts work on each plan, and where to manage your subscription.

1

Credits and AI usage

Each plan includes a monthly credit balance that powers AI generations. Your dashboard shows credits used and remaining in real time.

2

Drafts and posts per month

Plans include limits for stored drafts and published posts. When you get close to these limits, you'll see indicators inside the app so you can plan ahead.

3

Linked accounts

Starter and Pro plans support more linked social accounts than the free trial. Connect additional Instagram and LinkedIn profiles as your needs grow.

4

Managing your subscription

Visit Settings → Subscription to see your current plan, billing status, and manage upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations.
