ECHOBRAND AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
ECHOBRAND AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ECHOBRAND AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoBrand AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
